White Chocolate
Pie Red, White, Blue for patriotic holidays, in honor of military members, etc. (Diabetic friendly)
Bring the red, white and blue to celebrate patriotic holidays Pius, to honor members of military service, etc. This pie is simple and decorative. But best of all it is good. blueberries strawberries, white chocolate pudding, you know it will be delicious. This recipe is diabetic and food friendly. If you want, you can do regularly using regular sugar-free products are needed.
RED, WHITE, BLUE PIE
a pie in the oven, no sugar
Set 8 fresh strawberries, halved lengthwise
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
8-oz reduced fat cheese cream, diced
3 / 4 cup powdered sugar *
3 / 4 cup cold milk with low fat
1 small box sugar free instant white chocolate pudding
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup sugar free whipped topping
Arrange strawberries slices in the bottom of the pie. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Gradually add milk and mix well. Using low speed of electric mixer, combine pudding mix for 2 minutes or until thickened. Spread mixture pudding over berries in pie shell. Place blueberries in center of pie. Arrange strawberry halves on the edge of the pie, the peaks to the edge. Help a large star tip, pipe whipped topping between blueberries and strawberries.
* How to make sugar without sugar: Put 3 / 4 cup Splenda Granular and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch in a blender and blend until a very fine powder. 0 grams of sugar and only 4 carbs per tablespoon.
Now, do not tell. Most people do not know the difference and you'll be very proud your pretty pie, cakes, etc.
